User Agreement for Sibee Android

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Sibee, a product provided by Sibee Team. By using the Sibee app, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this document carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sibee, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Sibee Team reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Continued use of Sibee after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Sibee Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or harmful activity.

Sibee Team does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not responsible for any interruptions or delays caused by technical issues, third-party services, or user activity.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sibee Team, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the app, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

Sibee Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
